Who are you accredited by?

We are accredited by ABT insurance, which are an accredited worldwide company giving you piece of mind your able to go away and get insured from any company that insures beauty.

Do I need previous experience to do your courses?

No, we do not require any prerequisites to do the courses. It is insurance companies that are likely to require them but a lot of them don’t. It is best to check with your chosen insurer, as we can not definitively say for each company.

The only course that requires previous knowledge is the Russian Volume as you will not be able to understand the process without being qualified in the classic lashes course we offer.

Are the courses insurable?

Yes all of our courses are accredited and insurable. Salon Gold are one of the cheapest out there and we highly recommend them and also insync for any atheistic courses.

It is important you check you can get covered before purchasing any of our courses as we will not take any responsibility if you do not check before.

Do courses include kit?

Yes some of the courses we offer will give you the option of a free kit, However some can be purchased through ourselves at a discounted cost.

How much are kits?

It depends entirely on your budget, we do try and tailor for everyone needs.

Once I have passed the course do I get a certificate?

Yes you will get a certificate upon completion of any of our courses, which will be emailed over to you and will make you fully qualified in your choice of course ONLY.

Do you do payment plans?

We offer payment plans which can be set out to work your needs, we must advise that all payments must be up to date and the course will NOT commence until the final payment is paid.

I have changed my mind about which course I want to do, Can I swap?

A £25 admin fee will apply to change any course and date and at least 1 weeks’ notice is required.

If I have any questions, is it ok to ask them even after I have completed my course?

Yes ongoing support after any of our courses are always there.

How much can I charge for treatments?

You cant charge anything whilst your training, only once qualified. The best advice we can give you is to look at your local businesses offering the same treatments and charge based on those.

How does the zoom training work?

Instead of face to face it will be via a video call , so you will still get that 121 training and all the information needed to be able to qualify in your chosen course.

What is your cancellation policy for Zoom Training?

If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice a flat fee of £25 will be required to rebook
